Howdey  Fellow Doll Collectors!!

My name is Patti... many of you are my friends on both face book and on the BFC... I look forward to chattin with all of you!!  On the BFC board .. I am called "Yia-Yai"

I have been in love with Barbie since I was a little girl.  She helped me thru a whole lot while I was growing up.  I still have my dolls.

I gave up playing with her while I was a teen and in my early 20's.  Then in 1980.. I had a daughter .. and she turned out to love Barbie just as much as I did... so the collecting started up again !!

She lost interest but I did not and kept adding to my collection.

And have kept it up ever since!!

My hubby is making plans to take over one of our guest rooms to make a "Barbie" room for me...so that I can display my lovely ladys!!!

Right now they are all in boxes ... just waiting to get out {well not totally.. I am not a de-boxer}  and look great !!!  I do not collect groups .. but only get the ones that I love. I am known at work as that "Barbie Girl" .. which is so very funny cuz I am so not what she looks like ..but my love for her is well known !!!  And I am blessed to have family and friends who help with my "addiction" {love} !!!
