Finally got these beauties from Germany in! 2x Pamela Love Ultra Hair! They're in great condition, considering they were played with. I love them, they're dolls I've never seen before in any Pam catalogue and they also came in boxes I've never seen before. I've learned a lot from these dolls!! ;)

Oh my... it has been long since I bought a doll... maybe too long, and I sincerely can`t remember the last one I got...

Maybe it`s time I get something new?

Hmmm - my last doll was the IDC convention doll ( from the convention in Milan) I sold it...I'm primarily a dealer. Before that, I bought an Armand Marseille and a Simon and Halbig from an auction in London - I'm learning about antique dolls - they are going very reasonably at the moment. For my collection, all I've bought is a bend leg Miss Suzette and a Bonomi Jenny - an Italian doll from early 60's.

I'm so stoked on my new girl! I only have an ebay pic of her so far but already flipping my wig! I think when she gets here I'm gonna send her to Jim Dandy for light blue eyes but I'll have to meet her in person first. Click on link to see her, she still needs to be named...

Oh she's gorgeous Mark, congrats!! :D Have you considered dark brown eyes? :D But you're right, you need to meet her in person first :).

I still haven't made my Ellowyne new clothes, I am so stressed out about school right now, can't wait till I'm finished so that I can finally spend some time on my dolls <3

Thanx, actually, I have a pair of brown eyes, ( & the lite blue) I'm gonna send two girls to him and was gonna get both sets implanted but maybe you are right, red lips w/ brown eyes IS gorgeous...!   :)

I don't know, you gotta do what feels right for you, but I just had a feeling that dark brown eyes would look good on her..! Do you have any Ellowynes with inset brown eyes at the moment..?

no, none. and of the painted eyed girls that I sold on ebay, my brown eyed girl w/ red lips was amoung them. So I figure it will be good to replace her with an inset eye girl in the same tone like you suggested. The thing is, I just love blue eyes! So I guess I'll have to get another so I can send two girls to him(Jim Dandy)! See what you've started? lol,  WOO-HOO!!!  :)

Got a few dolls over the past weeks. My latest is a Steffi Love doll by Simba. She's a special Goth/Halloween edition called Mystic Girls. Love, love, love her! You can see more pics in my gallery.

My latest arrival is Fashion Royalty's Luchia Z Future Bound. I opened the white box carefully, as I knew behind its smooth door rested a very striking doll.  I'd seen her in pictures, but had never before absorbed the detail and craftsmanship that went into her fine features at such proximity.  She's a perfect little gem, with a dusky kohl-lined gaze and somber dark lips, given a kittenish touch with winged eyeliner and sweetly muted brows. Her silvery blonde hair is the perfect foil for her dramatic makeup.  Alas, I had to put her away, as inescapable duty called. But I will return later to take her picture in an appropriately glamorous setting.
