I received a Mod Redux Collector Barbie for Christmas.  I'd never seen her before until I found her on Ebay and asked my grandkids to get her for me.  She was one of only 5000 made, and they got her for me for a good price.  But the reason I wanted her was because she's a mini me!  In all the years I've loved Barbie, I never even imagined that they would make a doll who looked like me.  Now, I don't look like her these days.  I'm over 50 and no longer have my red flip hairdo. (In fact, I've got a lot of grey and silver in my hair!)  But I used to wear my hair just that way 20 years ago, so it was such a thrill to finally get a doll that says me so totally!

My latest doll is Style Counsel Adele. I LOVE her! I traded her for Main Attitude Adele.

Thanks!  Isn't it more fun to create clothes for your mini me than for any other doll you own?  I know I've been more creative since I got her than I have been for a long time.  My daughter says she's my new muse!
