I've seen that a lot of doll lovers have a so called "travel doll" or even more. Do you have one? Do you take your dolls on your travels?

I don't. :P It's the same as naming my dolls. Can't explain why I don't do it. I just don't feel like it. I love playing with them in my Barbie room from the apartment in my hometown. Sometimes I take one or two to my flat in Bucharest, where I live right now, but that's just about it.

How about you?

No I tend not to travel with dolls. I did take my teddy with me while at a conference to keep me company but ended up leaving him in my haste to check out ;((

I do often take one of my doll with me while traveling, but not necessairely one in particular, it depend the place we travel to, as when we were at Lewis & Clark National Historic trail interpretive center (Great Falls Mt)

I brought Pierre  (Trent, Mel Odom) with me.

Pierre in my "Gang" is American citizen and passionate by the Corps of Discovery expedition so it was an obvious choice, I took plenty of pictures even inside the museum/exposition . The people are absolutely amazing there and encouraged me to place Pierre near the original diorama of the expedition. we had a great time.

Last time for a trip to France, my muse Lilly (Tyler /R.Tonner) joined us  and we went to visit a costume museum and A.Daudet's windmill in south of France (Alphonse Daudet is a classical French author)

Hi, I also take along a travel doll.  Not the same doll usually.  I often take a doll on vacation, or even to work.  I share them with other doll lovers.
I don't have an exact doll to travel with, it all depends on the current mood or on the current goals :) Recently I've been to Germany and Finland with my K.C.Doll - we were heading for the annual international doll and teddy fair in Sonneberg and took some pics around the places we visited :)
Omg, I take a doll with me every time I go to a doctors office. I get nervous, and one always accompanies me, discreetly, for moral support!

Lilly, can we see the pics with Pierre?

Mary, thta's so sweet. I think it's a great ideea! I should also do that. Wondering what the doctor will say. Hahaha.

the gentleman who offered me to take this picture was sooo gentle, I should have asked him to take a pic with him too

Pierre (Trent "she-ing or skiing" Mel Odom) is passionate by the corp of discovery and re-act some great moments, when the explorers had to consider their options at the great falls
