    • Wow, that's a super-amazing body sculpt and I love their expressions!

  • My latest fashion doll is Jamie Show Edie.  I almost let these dolls get away, but when they went on sale, I decided to try one and just love her.  She doesn't have to look like a young girl, but can have a much older, sexier look with different eyes (they are changable acrylics, like the first group of Jamie Show dolls) and a different wig cap.

I prefer 16" fashion dolls with removable eyes, like those from Dollmore and the early Jamie Show dolls and my Unoa 2.0.  I can get created with their look that way.  I haven't bought a doll in April yet (I'm suffering from dolly withdrawal, so I'm about to order another fashion doll from Dollmore.

    • Beautiful eyes and black hair : priceless !!
  • My newest member of my doll family is the Kish/Tonner collaboration Spryte released in 2009.  I imagine some people won't think of her as a fashion doll because her Kish painted face is a bit childlike or cartoonish but I admire Helen Kish and she's a 16" doll... to me, it was like getting two birds with one stone... a Kish paint and another 16" doll to add to my little collection.  The only down side is she came on a Tonner Tyler body and it just seemed too stiff and bulky for a fairy of a doll... so, I swapped her head and the only pictures I have, thus far, are the photo from ebay (I bought her nude) and my Frankendollie pics...

    • I would have loved to have put her head on a Tonner Deja Vu body but the neck opening in her head is too big for the Deja Vu body... that, and I'm a cheap surgeon with no real skills.  So, her head was put on a Tonner Antoinette body donated by a Soft Elegance Cami... I'm happy!

    • the second photo shows her head in the "new" body, right?

    • Yes... that's the Kish Tonner Spryte doll on her new Antoinette doll body on the right and her old Tonner body and Cami head that came off the donor body on the left.  (FYI... Cami dolls have Antoinette bodies!)

  • NEWEST DOLL

Madra Lord was accustomed to causing a scene wherever she went.  She depended on it.  So wearing a slinky, Dior-inspired gown of beige and ‘leopard’ was the logical choice for the Wednesday Afternoon Fine Arts League of NYC.

The impression was to be that she would be leaving the ladies of the League’s affair for a much dressier, much more entertaining function than theirs.  At five o'clock she was to be notified by her assistant’s whisper that it was time to go, followed by her gracious apology at having to leave so soon and a fast line for the door.  Madra Lord could stand only so much art.

Madra Lord makes her comeback premiere to JAMIEshow dolls in this iconic dior look.  Dressed in a off white silk dress with faux animal print, and a belt. Her heels are also made of animal print with one strap.  Emerald green Swarovski crystal earrings, necklace and bracelet adorn her.  Her wig cap is a red updo to compliment those fiery green eyes.  She also comes with a hard cap for regular wigs, and a doll stand.  She is the same skin tone as Gene and Grace from JAMIEshow.  All JAMIEshow dolls are hand made and hand painted in our exclusive J-Resin.  Madra is lovingly sculpted from the original sculpt by Mel Odom.

She is a limited edition of only 150 pieces worldwide.

  • Two of my latest acquisitions are Rufus, his outfit and the outfit that this Ellowyne is wearing. The Wilde virtual factory sale was really excellent and I scored several good buys. I already had this Ellowyne and all I want is one so I sold the one that came with the outfit.
