I have tried becoming a member but was able to because it required a US address. Is this still the case this year Ada do you know?

Yes, still the same but I'll use a friend's adress.

Anyone in any country over 18 can sign up using their own address.  If you live outside the US all your dolls will have to be shipped to a US address only so at the time you sign up you will need to provide a US address to receive your club membership kit and any dolls you may order.
