Hmm difficult to tell, but a beautiful doll and good likeness so perhaps a new mold?

Thank you! I think so too. :) It's a pity that Mattel doesn't always provide collectors with this info in the description of new dolls.

I think is the Goddess facemold. Is just that they painted different not like we're used to. That's my opinion

Thanks Doru, interesting!  have located a pic of a Goddess mold to compare:

To me they don't look quite the same IMHO. Let the debate rage on :))

it seems like Goddess has more space under her lips, and the shape of nostrils seems to be a little bit different

Your wright. But somehow I don't think that Mattel went to all the trouble to make a new facemold. I think we will have to wait to see pictures of the actual doll to be for sure. Sometimes the prototype doll looks more wow then the actual doll. Could it be the Louboutin face mold?

It seems like Grace Kelly has a smile in the corner of her lips and Elizabeth doesn't. I'll see a Taylor doll today, need to inspect her closely.

The upper lip on the Goddess doll is fuller. I don't think it's the same mold.

I have a Liz Taylor doll - I agree that the mouth is different. Liz's mouth looks shorter and fuller, slightly pursed, extended rosebut while Grace Kelly's mouth looks wider and thinner.

Also, I think the head shapes differ. Grace K's head is flatter and wider. And finally, I think the Kelly eyes are spaced further apart.

Just picking away, I guess ;-D
