I don't have a stacy at all, seriously, but I don't like what I call neo barbie, so I have been looking at older models of stacy, I guess she is bigger then kelly, smaller then skipper. What about Tutti, and Scooter? I don't have any of those either.

Tutti and Scooter are not produced any longer. Scooter was produced for a very short period of time. I don't think Mattel is planning in bringing them back.

I think the last Tutti was sometime in the early 70's in Germany - they are not expensive unless you want a boxed, rare one. Skooter is also from the 60's - she came in blonde, titian and brunette and does not go for much on ebay. I still have my childhood one - one of the few dolls I won't sell. ( The others are a TNT, a blonde Francie and a black Francie, my all time favourite...)

I looked at Tutti on eBay, but she is either very damaged with something called blue marks, or really expensive. Is the green and blue marks mold or is it caused by a wire frame inside Tutti? Can mold spread from one doll to another like a disease? If I have a doll with mold will my other dolls catch mold spores?

The blue or green is caused by copper wire - and happens even on NRFB dolls. It can't pass from one doll to another - unlike the Hard Plastic disease. ( You'll know if you ever see a doll with that - and it smells vinegary)
A good Tutti shouldn't be more than about $30

I put in a bid for a damaged tutti, because she was cheap and I wanted to see what she was like. Her head is in good shape, but the body, not so good. Does Tutti have a detachable head? Some dolls don't, you may try to remove the head, but then it always falls off. Jem does not have a detachable head, I have an Aja (Jem), that someone removed the head and it keeps falling off. So, I have a second Aja, I picked up at the doll show.

She is no longer called Kelly. her name is Chelsea now. She's taller, but can wear some of the same Kelly outfits ( the pants will be capris). My daughter got a set for her birthday. Tutti became Stacie.
