Welcome to the Blythe group

Originally released by Kenner in 1972 and sold for one year only. She went mostly unloved since then until a talented phtographer named Gina Garan redicovered her an international Superstar!

Blythe is now made by Japanese company Takara, under license from Hasbro (who bought out Kenner years ago). Modern Blythe is know as Neo Blythe to collectors.

And now, Announcing “Junko’s Select,” the winner of the January Photo Contest on Blythe Art Forum!

And now, Announcing “Junko’s Select,” the winner of the March Photo Contest on Blythe Art Forum! We received a lot of great work and the winner is Dani & Nao. Congratulations! af_03.jpg Junko had this comment: Dani The theme is Silent Spring. Dani's Blythe looks as though she is listening hard to hear the sound of spring. Beautiful. Nao 「Spring Breeze.」 Come Spring, is a song that is very popular today in Japan. It welcomes the fresh breeze of spring - with hope. This photo illustrates that melody. She has broken down the silent spring and brought us a song. The theme of April is: Cute Tomboy. Please submit to the next contest, we look forward to seeing your photos!
