Excuse the quality, I used my iPad! Also excuse the state of Mia's wig, it needs a good stylin'. One day I might get back into it... I got very discouraged by the rooting... And the expense!

Comment by Terri Gold on March 9, 2013 at 1:03am Great. I'm looking forward to seeing them. I don't care if they are bald. Most babies are bald anyway.

Comment by Terri Gold on March 9, 2013 at 12:35am @Constance Ruppender I have not really tried to downsize. I have tried to keep up with keeping my collection right sized. (Hopeless) Have you tried to sell on the Show and Sell pages? I barely list anything on eBay anymore.

Comment by Constance Ruppender on March 7, 2013 at 4:17pm I have a problem I've been mulling over for a while now. I've been trying to "edit" my collection the past two years. Reduce it to a manageable size. I absolutely have too much Barbie stuff. I've sold some on ebay. I've given dolls to friends. I've donated NRFB dolls to charitable groups. But, I still have too much. With the near demise of local doll shows (I think we have one annual doll show a year where I live), how does a collector share the wealth? Used to be, you could rent a table a one of the doll shows and sell many of the things that no longer fit in with your collection but were perfect for another collector. Can't do that anymore! So, I'm wondering if other long-time collectors have confronted this issue and, if so, what things did you do to accomplish the goal of "downsizing" your collection. Thanks ...
