As you all know I love fashion dolls but I also am absolutely in love with realistic accessories, furniture and environments for my dolls too! Over the last few weeks I have been accumulating some playscale dolls and bits and bobs for them to 'live in'. One of these consists of a very cheap Barbie 'my house' I picked up on eBay. The plan is to mash it up into a much more realistic backdrop for dolls. In this thread I will document how i get on!
Before
After with a bit of silver paint, although not as perfect as I had hoped!
With doll in situ!

Real!! excellent !! even the outlets , for the hair drier I suppose, those girls are so demanding hee hee
are the sconces Barbie's too?
you did a great job, and honestly even if you are not totally satisfied about the silver paint, from here, nothing wrong !!

Thanks Lilly, I find that a big complement coming from the expert in Diorama :)
I'm not sure what sconces are though...
oh beleive me I am not an expert!! I just love to have fun and find a "doll size" use for whatever I found hee hee
sconces are the little yellow lights fixtures, maybe sconce is a Canadian thing ;0)
