Kidz' n cats

Hello, everyone,

I've bought a little Helen (Kidz'n cats) to a collector, but the haid can't stay straight on her shoulders. Something seems to be wrong, in the tie of the head. The Kidz Company assistant, with whom I've had contact said it's the anchor and give me advices to replace it, which I followed, without success. Is anyone able to help me ? I love this doll so much ! Thank you for your answers, have a good day !

I wish I could help, my friend.  I'd be interested in seeing any responses you may get though, because I myself have a vintage Sasha doll thats in the same condition.
