My Evangeline Ghastly is in desperate need, she's totally wonky eyed (though careful photography can disguise it a bit). I know it can be done, as I saw a custom on ebay with changed eyes. The person had cut the back of the head to create a removable scalp so she could change and align the eyes.
I plan on experimenting with a couple Liv dolls I have lying around, but wondered if anyone had attempted this and could give some suggestions?

Hmmm I wonder if they make eyes small enough to fit into Barbie heads? (I've tried repainting eyes and am terrible, and bet replacing with realistic would be less expensive that having a professional painter do it!) I have also seen folks replace the Liv eyes but had no clue how they did it...and my Cleo might get new eyes too! Sooooo many possibilities!
