Here is a photo of Yin and Yang.   Urban Vita's one is a hybrid with a head change to Eve.   This started when I bought the black and white boots for JamieShow, then I got a second pair then...

Trust me, the first attempts I have done on some dolls would have fit more into he "before" plastic surgery category.   I have redone many.   I chalk it up to "practice".

@Terry.

the ambiguity of the chevalier D'Eon and your doll just struck me  . I love creating life/story/ancestor for my dolls, it appears naturally hee hee

I would love to be able to r repaint as you did I tried but it always end in semi-disaster :(

Thank you Lilly!   I had such a good time doing the costume.   Thank you for the link to  Chevalier d' Eon.   I found that very interesting.   A spy... interesting.

I did this one last year.   She is a big girl (CED) with rooted mohair.   I also repainted her face and created the costume based on 1800's mens attire.

 My Marie, repainted by Glenn Mielke.

 I didn't like the heavy "Hollywood" make up, for Marie who is Lilly's mom. she is in fact (in my Gang) a very disctrete lady and the make up didn't fit her personality. so I asked Glenn Mielke a good and talented friend of mine (from Calgary, Ab (Canada)) if he can give her a new face . I think he did a great job. I love Marie and her softer, subtle make-up, this is way more the face I had in mind, Glenn understood me perfectly.

Simply Gene (1999) brunette original

My OOAK steampunk doll. I THINK she may be on a Jaks Pacifics doll (but I know almost nothing about those dolls).
