I remember having Golden Girl just before She-Ra came out. I remember checking out the Toy store and seeing them for the first time. Like with Jem it was very hard to pick my first one.

I picked Wild One, presumably due to her hair and facepaint . Over the coming weeks I collected most of the other characters thanks to weekly visits to Grandmas and her always buying me a toy. Me and my sister would spend hours playing in the garden or various places in my Grandmas house.

When Princess of Power came out I started to collect She-Ra and the two worked well together for my enjoyment. She-Ra did take over so I never got any of the Golden Girl sets or the male figures.

She-Ra also came to an end when Jem came out...
