Hi All!

I love to get or make a sloper/dress form for my Sybarite but unsure of if a Tonner (which body?) Sloper would do the job?

Does anyone know or have a pattern to sew a sloper for a Sybarite?

Thank you in advance :)

http://www.janelwashere.com/crafts/Brenda_Tyler_patterns.htm has a basic sloper pattern to Tyler Wentworth, as well as a pattern for a strapless bodice, and a few patterns for Gene.

I was able to adjust the pattern to fit a few other dolls as well...

I think that Sybarites have a more slender body than Tyler. If you use the Tyler sloper you would have to make adjustments to the waist and possibly to the sleeve and pant length.  There aren't many dress forms out there for purchase.  There are one or two sites that have instructions or kits on how to build your own.

Good measuring tutorial showing difference in 16" dolls here:

Don McCunn has instructions for a dress form for Tyler that looks interesting.  I've not tried any of his patterns.

Awesome thanks for that :) I know what I will be sewing this weekend!

That's a great article!

hi.

Try to find Lyn Waring, she make sloper patterns for many dolls, I think she might have it.
