I have always loved Sindy from being quite young. I have collected mostly everything I can remember having as a kid (and a few others along the way that I missed)

I tend to focus on the 1984 range (which is my favorite year for Sindy) and the 1986 dolls and clothes as they where only around for 1 year before Hasbro took over. I do have a couple of the fist Hasbro dolls but when she started to look more like Barbie I lost interest (and was maybe just a tad to old to be playing with them too lol)

Sindy was the first doll I started collecting after discovering Ebay in the late 90's. I collected mainly 70's and 80's dolls as they were the ones I remembered from my childhood (not belonging to me unfortunately but to friends and toy store shelves etc). I have since sold most of them as my collecting has evolved. Although I do still have a 70's brunette wearing some mix n match trousers and top!
Well I'm a Hasbro girl as I remember Sindy from the 90s when stores in Romania started to sell them. I have just managed to get 2 Hasbro Sindys and I'm very, very happy.

Well I always wanted a sindy when they first came out abd although they were jusy a pound or two I wasnt able to have one coming from a single parent family and so I played with my friends whose family was better off.
I also loved the house she had and we played for many hours with it and I deeme her to be a very lucky girl and it pained me when she didnt take good care of her stuff!
I have been collecting Sindys first eight outfits as I really think that the pedigree range was amaxing and the sixties stuff was sheer quality. I also have been fortunate enough to grab myself a wonderful 1966 Sindy and shes my favorite and will remain so.
Currently Im having a ball identifying a ladys treasure trove of Sindy clothes a veritable hoard! lol Im spotting alot of sixties stuff and early seventies all are catalouged so Im in my element at the moment. I think she may have some early Barbies tuff too but till Ive taken out all the sindy clothes I cant see them all!
I To Simon ...I ve just bought a lovely mix and match set from the pedigree 70s era green and check. Catalouged of course and my aim is to complete every single outfits to the last detail. its all good. I always loved Sindy and played with her as a child.  It was finding an old Sindy in a charity shop in 2000 that started my doll collecting!  I have got loads of Sindy dolls and collecting Sindy led on to me collecting lots of other types of dolls too.
