Found Dawn Clone looks like real Dawn

Item number 270705688794, looks like real dawn and not Pippa, because dawn has the darkest eye makeup. Dawn's eye make up is too black, and too much mascara, like this doll. It said Plymouth, but I have never heard of that name, can someone tell me about that type of doll?

I can tell you some about her.  She's Cara, made by Plymouth Toys and she does look a LOT like Dawn.  She's been found with caucasian and tanned skin tones.  Here's a pic of her:

BTW, Cara's not the only one who looks like Dawn.  There have been clones found in the UK who look like Dawn, and even have one of her headmolds, A11A....but she comes in a variety of hair colors.
