It's a dilemma for me, because this doll has also been produced with the exact same face as Pamela Love dolls. I own two boxed Little Susanas and they look like Pam, see the links below:

.. whereas this Little Susana looks like a mini Sindy. Therefore, I believe she's an older edition. I'd love to have her in my collection, but seeing as she's up for $7.99 and she needs to come to me from the US, I don't think I'll do it. She's a BIN btw. If she's still up on March 25th I might go for her anyway :P, if I have more money then...
