'December Theme: Winter Glam' Photo Contest Entries
With most of us residing in the western hemisphere now in the grips of the winter freeze it seems fitting that our dolls get their glam on winter style!
The winning photo voted by members will now win a whopping $50 PRIZE!!
Plus the winning pic will spend a month featured on our front page and be the public header for our Twitter & Facebook Fan Page too!
The 'rules' of the theme photo competition are very simple:
- Your photo must contain a doll or dolls
- The photo must be taken recently, specifically for the challenge
- Make sure the photo relates to the spirit of the relevant month's theme
- Members should enter one photo only per theme (although you are free to add more but please highlight which particular photo you would like to go forward into the competition).
- Give your photo a title, whether it be witty or cutting edge cool!
- Post your picture in the Theme Photo thread in the discussion forum below
- Make sure to have as much fun as possible!

Here is my entry for Winter Glam. I decided to use my Modern Comeback Veronique Perrin Doll and the Starry Nights gown and stole. Accessories are a mix of Barbie and Fashion Royalty.
WINTER QUEEN
Her eyes,
they enchant.
She captivates and calms.
She is rarely seen.
She has no qualms.
She is the most magical being.
She cannot be forced,
not until spring.
She holds your fate,
and maybe if you stay up late,
she may grace you with her presence.
She loves and cherishes the moon,
her beauty will make you swoon.
Many women wish to be like her,
steadfast and and sturdy,
but not in the least burly.
Her gentile smile,
makes everything worthwhile.
Most who've never seen,
think she's a harsh, evil queen.
The truth is she's fair and loyal,
but defiantly royal.
Though in her reign not much is green,
we all love our Winter Queen.
