'January Theme: Red Carpet' photo contest entries

Hi Dollobservers,

Add your 'Red Carpet' themed doll pics to this discussion using the 'image' icon on the far left of the discussion tool bar. 

The 'rules' of the theme photo competition are very simple:

  • Your photo must contain a doll or dolls
  • Make sure the photo relates to the spirit of the relevant month's theme
  • Members should enter one photo only per theme (although you are free to add more but please highlight which particular photo you would like to go forward into the competition)
  • Make sure to have fun!

Remember the Prize now stands at a whopping $50!

A bit of Oscar Memory's. in 2001 Julia Roberts won the Best Actress Award, for her "Erin Brockovich" beautiful interpretation. For the ceremony she was wearing a  dress, originally made for the 1992 couture collections, from the Valentino archive.

She was stunning and I have made this dress for Barbie a couple of days later.

My picture is an "all" time red carpet with celebrities like Marilyn Monroe and my own version of a modern Donna Summers,  Dakota Fanning and Patrick Dempsey, Brandon Routh (Superman returns) and Grace Kelly and on the right, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw .
