No.  He's a character in the Anne Harper line which is a vintage Hollywood themed group of characters.  Here he is.

I haven't seen photos of James Collins, is he related to Barnabas Collins somehow?? LOL

I love my male dolls!!  My favorite at the moment is James Collins from Tonner.  He just barely edged out the Prince Charming sculpt.  Well, now that I really think about it, it's gonna have to be a tie!    I am just waiting and hoping that Horsman will make a male for the Urban Vita line.  None of the male dolls have the articulation that I want, and after playing with the Urban Vitas, I get very  when a doll can't do what I ask of it.  But I do like the male dolls and so do my 'big girls'.

My big girls need a guy, or 2.

Rebecca, I saw your link to My Froggy Stuff and there is a cute idea for a camera there:

1/6 scale is only 28 bucks.  I think I am going to mock up a polymer camera with those dimensions and see how they fit with the larger lovelies...

I looked at the 1/3 scale camera. It is and USB flash memory drive so that explains the price. I checked a currency converter website and those HK$980 are about US$126.23. Still too expensive for my budget

Accessories for these beauties are hard to come by, too.  Luckily, I am crafty!

It looks like it could take real photos!  LOL.  You're safe.  Too big anyway!  You know, the fashion dolls have had several cameras that came with outfits. The Eve doll (no longer made) had one and I think Brenda Starr had one.  They aren't as fancy as these, but they are ok.  You might be right about the 1/6 scale camera.  Cameras are so small now that it probably could work!
