Oh, yes, the countries, I don't know, but I would assume it's a usa version, because I got it here.

It could be that doll, because the box insert photo looks purple in the eye shadow, it could be the light or the type of camera. Reds all tend to photography incorrectly, I learned that from roses. You can't show the true color of the rose of the same type in different light conditions and different cameras. Therefore what looks fuschia could be coral, I guess, but I don't have the doll anymore to take a look.

Also take into consideration that there always are differences between the countries that produce them.

The only differences is the lips are coral (orange) instead of fuschia (pink), and the eye shawdow is coral also, not purple, but it could a trick of the light, but all of them looked to have the coral eye shadow.

I don't know the other one as I'm not an expert in new Barbies...

Yes, I am sure she was stolen, don't invite people to your house for a party, because the entire outfit is also gone.

The next barbie up for ID is also one I don't have anymore. I don't even know if someone came to the house and stole her, because I would not have given her away. She came from a thriftstore and I proably dressed her up. Then took her to the de young museum for this outdoor shot, and now gone. I think she looks like a model muse.

I looked at paint n dazzle the redhead on ebay, there are a lot in boxes, but that doll appears to have orange eye shadow, this doll has a light purple. It's hard to tell from in the box.

Paint'n Dazzle Barbie 1993?

The next doll up for ID is a barbie with red hair, I found at the thrift store and the hair was cut. I gave the doll away like 10 years ago, then I wanted it back, so it was ID as Glitter redhead barbie, but having found and bought Glitter redhead barbie, the eyes are different in the pattern and the color combinations. So, I am back at square one. Ignored the costume, because I dressed her in talking barbie outfit.
