I looked on ebay and I think she could be one of Steffi Love Simba, but what is different about her from what what I saw on ebay is the eye makeup is different. But, this is a good start. So, maybe this is a later edition? I bought the doll in San Francisco, so she can't be from the UK. I used to look at drug stores and hardware stores or any store that had toys for dolls, when ever I was near by. There are a number of variety stores in the mission district that carry barbie clones mostly from asia.

I got the next doll at a store called Big Lots, and she was marked sunshine club.
This is the original outfit she came in. I also have some unknown barbies, because I thought I would never forgot them, and before I had a computer, I did not write anything down. I got myself in to such a mess. I had a lot of clone dolls as a child, but since my mom threw them out, I now collect them.

This doll could be slightly related to the doll above.

Great group!!! I think she's a Simba doll. Looks a lot like 80's Steffi Love.

The doll I selected for the icon for the group, I bought when I was foolish and did not write down the dolls or save the box. I think she was marked Sindy, but I don't think she is the same Sindy, as what people think of as Sindy. I am guessing she was a Sindy Clone. Her body is super light weight plastic. Can anyone ID this doll. I have lots more for posting later on. Maybe my memory is wrong and she was not marked Sindy? I don't know if she came in a box or just in plastic.
