Thank you to Lisa too! And WOW, I adore that purple leopard dress/hat - Cissy is one lucky little gal! And cafè latte - YUM! Her little doggie is precious and I think the belt is an elegant touch!

Awww Lilly, I'm sure your first attempts were wonderful. And that plaid gave me fits but in the end I was pleased. Thanks so much for your support and encouragement! I need it!  :D And this group is FUN, I really love chatting about sewing here!!!

@Marilyn - so glad you like them. I had been doing dresses for a while so it was time for a change of pace.  :)

@Deb - isn't brown and blue fabulous together? That was such an odd piece of fabric when I found it, I knew I wanted to do something different with it!  :D

I made Cissy a spring dress today, its purple leopard pattern and she got a matching hat too. Off she goes to get some café latte with her friends.
