Modelled by Flossie, my much loved 'pound shop doll', present from my daughter. Her wobbly left arm means she is only suitable for light duties and so hangs around  on my dressing table. She is the same height as Barbie.

Oh no, reminds me of buying clothes which come with a warning...not to be worn with lighter clothing or to used sit on light upholstery when damp. Sounds very frustrating after all your work.

Buttons.

I found them on ebay UK), they are 4mm and quite tiny with two holes. Not much colour variation, I bought pearl as I am making a shirt. I think the 6mm would have worked as well and there were more colours in that size.

I'll post a photo in a moment so you can see the size.

BTW I realized I haven't uploaded anything recently. This outfit was such a headache!  I had originally intended for there to be brown leggings with the top, but after spending all that time sewing them they ended up STAINING the legs of my doll! (thankfully I was able to get 98% of the color off the doll, and I was able to remove the excess dye from the leggings too. BUT I did not want to sell them for fear of them staining my customers doll!) So I can up with this cute faux leather mini skirt instead!

Hi Kate!  I was wondering what size buttons you bought and where you found them?  I've been looking all over for buttons but the ones in the stores don't seem small enough.

Thank you!

I just bought some doll sized buttons (so tiny, so cute!) so that's for the next design.

It's lovely to share my projects here.

I think this is a High School Musical Doll...but I'm not sure.

I made her outfit from the band around one of my old summer tops..so the braid and stitching were already in place.

I was really glad that this outfit did not take me months to do like the last one!
