I read in a magazine that "ice cream colours" are in fashion for Spring/Summer! That would fit with a warm, seaside resort theme. I have lots of plain pink fabric here and really want to start sewing too, it's just finding the time, argggghhh!

i got some new fabrics this week, and i can't wait to start sewing! just need some inspiration!  i'm thinking about some resort looks as it is so unseasonably warm  here...

I know exactly what you mean about kneeling.  The doll that kneels the best of all the ones I have is made by Fashion Doll Agency.  As you can see she can kneel back on her calves and do a 'Geisha sit'.

I like the Tonner male quite a lot I should say (except the butt :) but sure I would love to have a man for my Lizbeth with as much articulations the she does. what is bothering me the most is the more articulations, the more fragile they are.

I play with my Gang a lot and little by little some join become brittle. My Lilly 's shoulder is broken (she is at her second body!  if only I could do the same with mine hee hee)

plus I would love my dolls to be able to kneel properly. the Mme Alexander doll who have, as well, lot of articulations cannot kneel I have cut the back of Yoko's knees ((see Mme butterfly) but still no improvement. i think we are quite demanding hee hee

Lilly, I keep hoping that Horsman will do a male doll for the Urban Vita line.  I like the Tonner guys, but find the bodies don't move as well as I'd like them to.  It seems to be hard for anyone to come up with a really successful male doll in the 16" category.  For some reason most of them look too feminine for my taste.

@Marilyn: my thought exactly Marilyn, even if I thought about this...after it was done

yeah you noticed the ab eh? those guys are so gorgeous !! I do regret though that R. Tonner didn't make them a nice butt, it is kind of flat and does not fillt he pant properly

The t-shirt seems to have worked perfectly.  The fleece might have been too heavy to work in this small a size, don't you think?  Looks like their work-outs are keeping them in good shape!

after their friendly Karate competition our 2 friends relax with a glass of Beaujolais.

I used a pajama pattern and as I could not find fleece, I use and old T-shirt

as usual more pics in my blog
