Ever After High

It's been quite a long time since Monster High's spin off was released, but we haven't talked about it in this group.

So, what do you thing about this doll line? Do you like them? Are you gonna collect them? Are you royal or rebel?

Tell me what you think so far

  • Hmmm will power with regards to buying Monsters and ever afters!!! Nope!!! can't say I have that gene!!! hehehe!!! As Annette well knows!!! As far as Ever afters go I have started collecting them or well I should say I mentioned them and my daughter who has never been a doll person believe it or not!!! She has always been Muppets, my little ponys, care bears and disney as a kid!!! No dolls for her!! However, she still loves disney and collects muppets and is now 31 years old!!! She decided because of Ever afters disneyesque affiliation I should collect them so she has started me off. Well you know when you start a doll addict with a couple of dolls that she can;t just have one or two well at least not this doll addict i mean collector.... so anyway....here is where stand with my Ever afters so far;

  • Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts on EAH!  Great discussion!

    I like these dolls and I've bought two, Briar and Raven.  I want to put their clothes on my MH Ghouls.  So far they're still in the box, as I recently purchased a zillon new Mh dolls!  Amazon had ridicoulously low prices and I had absolutely no will power, so Raven slipped into an online doll order.

    I agree that the artwork is great.  Thanks for adding the photo Simon!

    I prefer the fashion aspect of the MH dolls , and EAH doesn't have that yet.

    Most of the Monster High ghouls in my collection have finished high school and are in college BTW

    I agree about the artwork for EAH, it's really rather good!

    I like some of the Ever After High characters, but I prefer the artwork rather than the dolls themselves. I agree with Leonella: Briar has the prettiest face, but my favourite characters are Raven and Cerise Hood, but when Cerise's doll came out I was very dissapointed. I would prefer if their faces looked more like their cartoons.

    I'm not gonna buy them at the moment, but I also said that when Monster High dolls came out and now I can't stop buying them!

  •  I really like the Ever After High line of dolls.  The first time I saw Raven, I knew I would have to get her . My husband got her for me.  I saw the EAH Cupid today online at Amazon and I was very close to buying her, but, Monster High won out in the end!

    They are all quite beautiful and I am VERY tempted to buy more, however, my heart belongs to the Ghouls and Boos at Monster High.   Oh, and I am definitely a Rebel!

  • When they were first announced, I was not interested.  Later, when actual photos of the dolls appeared online, I found Briar Beauty to have the prettiest face.

    So, I got Briar Beauty - the cutie.  When I saw the Ashlynn Ella and Hunter Huntsman set, I got it because of the boy and when I found out that Madeline Hatter was a shorter doll, I got her because she added variety.

    I am currently waiting on Cerise Hood, who has a different face mold.

    The packaging is lovely and I haven't taken my dollies out yet!  I think I'll debox them for Christmas.  I tried to upload some photos, but they were all rotated!

    I'll collect them if new characters have different face molds and are appealing to me., so I'm neither a rebel or royal.
