I got a mattel korea doll, at a low price, but the hair has been cut, but not only that, this was not disclosed the hair was washed in very smelly fabric softner. I soaked her hair in baking soda, but the head can come off, I am doing a reroot on a cheaper clone, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a service that will reroot, or is that just too expensive to consider?
