Thanks so much, Chad.  Isn't it a hoot?!   I'm still planning on making her a little wooden pick so she can fluff it out.   Back in the day (70's) my cool, black girlfriends would fluff their fro's out to amazing volume, then stick the pick in the back, almost like modern-day kanzashi (Japanese hair ornaments).  I loved this look SO much, that cracker little me got myself a perm to emulate their coolness.  The only pick I could find at the time was black, with the handle shaped as a 'black power' fist.    My gal pals all told me I was trapped in the body of a white girl.  lol  Wurd, yo.   

I made the wig cap with cotton fabric and silicone shaped to the dolls head, the hair itself is made out of individual plugs of Alpaca fleece.  So not only does it look good, it feels like a cuddly little bunny rabbit, too.  I keep planning on creating a tute to share with my DO peeps (as requested by Nilsa, Junior wig artist in the making ) but their just isn't enough hours in the day.
