Aw, Lilly, I think you're being too hard on yourself. But I know exactly what you're struggling with. In fact, I usually end up making everything open-toed and strappy because getting the curvature around the toe-box without all these big ungainly folds everywhere is (at least for me) next to impossible.
But I do have a linky that I found...let me see if I can find it again, and I'll send it to you.
Good luck and don't beat yourself up, my friend. And tell Ms. Lizbeth to just pipe down...her demands are NOT helping the creative process.
if your leather is soft It should work. it as to be very light though as I tried with some but they were too thick and I couldn't neither sew nor glue them on the sole
I am still experimenting, and shaw here only some models that "passed" Lizbeth judgment. have you ever seen a doll frown her eyes? this is terrible and scary I really have to improve my pattern
let me know please if you find a nice pattern
The white ones are simply adorable, Lilly-chan!! Wouldn't they look awesome with leggings tucked into them???
I have TONS of pleather swatches in a rainbow of colors, think it would work as well as your suede?
