You are right. This doll was sold under different names :). I think the Zodiac doll was called 'Judy'. Debenhams sold the same doll as 'Sarah Louise'. The same face and body were also used for the first Pamela Love dolls.

I seem to remember a doll like this in Zodiac Toys in the UK, almost like a small Sindy
