I was thinking she is Simba or Steffi love doll, but I thought her name was cindy or sindy, I can show the body.

Yes, there is a variation with a light jointless body, there were also fake dolls on bodies of this kind with "official" Mattel heads. Unfortunately I don't know any facts about this doll as well, but in Russia they appeared in early 1990s (I saw the first one in 1994 or so).

She has to be pretty old, I guess since I have no memory of buying her what so ever. I only found again her after I got a digital camera in the early 2000's and took photos then. But, she could be like from early 80's, or early 90s.

I don't know very much about this doll. I think I may have gotten her at a store in the mission district, but I am not even sure of that. I don't know what her original outfit was. I always would look at drugs stores, hardware stores, for clones, but usually I did not buy them. She has no joints at all, and is super light weight plastic. Her hair and face paint is her best feature, but her hair has taken on an odd smell and the texture is going bad, and when you see her in person, it's like her hair is going grey instead of white, but it comes off white in photos.

I know this type of clones. Is this the same mold? Looks very similar:

The dolls that were sold here as Sindy clones in 90s were called Sandy, they had pouty red lips, and most of the clones had wire joints in their arms. In my childhood I liked them very much.
