The period of the Tudor dynasty in English history is one of the most discussed and most fascinating for many of us. I took some time to recreate the main events of the six wives of Henry VIII and some other women who played a major role in his life. Almost all of the costumes I made myself, as usual. It took a large amount of time to make everything look as authentic as possible and choose the appropriate backgrounds. The role of Henry VIII was given to Rhett because he is one of my best Ken dolls. Although, he is smiling and not really wearing the accurate costume for that time, I still think he can represent the king the best. The part of Catherine of Aragon was given to Isabella due to her serious royal face. Dahlia is the best possible Anne Boleyn, which I think everyone can agree upon. Jane Seymour’s part rightfully belongs to Annabelle because there is no more sweet, innocent and gentle face in my collection of dolls like hers.
You will see every new episode on Fridays from November till the end of December. I hope you will like it. Now, let’s see which of my dolls played the most important parts of these series.
