Isabel, I have seen pictures of "Lucero" wearing her charro outfit and she doesn't have a belt, she has a sort of shawl wrapped around her waist. So maybe you could add the shawl.

I'm still missing the "Charro" belt but it has to be a very specific kind of "cowboy" buckle. Maybe a small uniform botton might work. Thanks for the comments.
