The dolls that I collect are:
Vintage Barbie, silkstones and varied others
My favourite doll in my collection is:
My # 4 Barbie that I recieved when I was 8 from my mum," just because she loved me"
The reason I love dolls is:
I love the minature aspect and the clothes. I love the play and the friends that Barbie has brought me through my club. (Victoria Fashion Doll Club). I love learning and the different dolls that our member bring to meetings are facinating to me.
I also admire art and so many of the doll artists and doll clothes designers that I have met are artists at their core.

I'd love to hear more about your doll club, it sounds wonderful. We don't get many of those in Ol Blighty. At lest none that I am aware of!
