The residue can be lifted off with a tooth pick or pin. Speaking of tooth picks, Why is it so hard to find those round ones with the real pointed ends???

Try putting some on the end of a large needle or pin perhaps a tooth pick, the round style with pointed end and put the glue on the end of the lash…"
