oh my, same here ! hubby is very supportive and he does remember the names of my "gang" remembers better than myself hee hee. When I (he)buy another doll he does help me building her/him an identity (country or job ) (have look @ my web site this will give you an idea http://www.domidoll.com/home )
but when we were living in Canada (20+ years) my best friend and I we had "play days"that was just fabulous and lot of my stories are still issue from this lovely time , but now I am kind of isolated in my little town :(
if I go near your place one day I promise I will tell you, and bring with me a couple of Barbie to play with your monster high!! and we will have a fun play day with our ladies :)
please sweet one, never apologize for being too chatty with me
I understand now why you want to buy online, of course shop owner try to take opportunity to raise their prices when they know that customers have not to much other options. it is not nice nor very cleaver as now the online shopping become more popular.
I will keep on looking for some shopping inline
I do not know what "rastro"is ??? but it sounds good to me. is it a second hand store of some sort? in Canada they are very popular over there and I bought ton of stuff in those including dolls and furnitures but I have no idea about where I can find some place like this here?? (we live 2 hours north of Seville)
for the duvet/comforter/couet you can use an old fleece sweater .sewing it in "sandwich" between two layers of printed cotton and criss-cross over with a sewing machine stitch. after this done I just borded it with a bias
no te preocupes por el Inglés, mi español no es muy bueno tampoco ja ja ja
sorry no, I never bought online any fabric so I will not be of any help. it appears to me that the original price plus the invoice make reach the same level than the little fabric store I have nearby. I usually go to the fabric store like 2/3 time per month and buy remnants they are quite cheap plus the reduce the original price of 50% so I can (sometime)have nice silk for a couple of euros and I realy do not need a lot for my girls.
plus my mom (who is living in france) send me recycled fabrics from dresses/shirt/t-shirt etc that she found second hand on the market.
sometime she send me some treasure in a carton box
*blushing* Thank you very much! I'd be honored if you wanted to add my blog to yours! I'm not a very active blogger right now, but have tons of stuff in my old posts. I'm going to be offline for about a week or so, but once I'm back I hope to get back into blogging more regularly!
